Inspired by Chinese Folklore and featuring a cool riso-esque finish, Chinese guardian lions 獅 are usually depicted in pairs and are often known in English as "foo dogs", but they're actually always referred to as lions in Chinese and never dogs.

Qirin 麒麟 are a chimerical creature with dragon like features and bodies similar to deer or horses. It is said that their auspicious voice sounds like the wind and they only punish the wicked.
